Before EDWARDS and WEICK, Circuit Judges and PHILLIPS, Senior Circuit Judge. Order Appellant Warino has appealed to this court from a judgment of conviction and sentence entered upon a guilty verdict by a jury for receiving stolen property that was moving in interstate commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2315, selling that stolen property in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2315, and conspiracy to commit that substantive offenses in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of five years imprisonment on the conspiracy count and six years imprisonment on each of the substantive counts. He was found not guilty by the jury on six other counts of the indictment.
